In our Relaxing Caffè studio apartment, you’ll stay in a room that smells of coffee, just like a boutique selling premium coffees from around the world, but with the comforts of a superior city hotel.
Just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, on the residential Via San Felice, in the heart of Bologna’s historic center, you’ll stay in this studio apartment with the option of sleeping on a state-of-the-art memory foam bed in a completely soundproofed room.

In the room, you’ll find a combination of relaxing mood lighting, a 55-inch smart TV, and a small, functional living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, from a coffee machine to a mini-fridge, always well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and a selection of local wines.
Underfloor heating and porcelain stoneware parquet flooring allow you to walk barefoot throughout the room in pleasant comfort.
The bathroom is a true haven of relaxation, featuring a chromotherapy shower with stainless steel accents and the option to automatically activate soft night lighting.
A beauty kit is available for guests, including three towels, a hairdryer with a diffuser, bubble bath, shampoo, and detangling conditioner with coffee aromas.
